Did you know that falls are the leading cause of injury among older adults? One in four older adults falls each year. Every 19 minutes a senior in the U.S. dies due to an injury from a fall – that is approximately 29,000 people each year.

Wednesday September 29th from 1:30—3:30pm
Xenia Community Center, 1265 W. Second St (next to the Council’s Office)
The event includes:
- Fall & Balance Assessments
- Information about Devices and Technology Resources
- Review of High Fall Risk Medications (bring your med list)
- Tai Chi demonstrations
- Chair Volleyball demonstrations
- Door Prizes
- Grab n’ Go Snack Bag
You do not need to register in advance, but please note that masks are required.
